Please could there be an option of more than 12 months payment plans as my products are a high ticket item and some students need longer to pay it off and i would like to offer them this flexibility

The current course drip features are promising, but not at all enough for course creators who run cohorted programs. Here's the use case: I run a cohort program that is a mixture of self-paced lessons and weekly group coaching calls. Currently, I need to recreate the entire course for every cohort. This has resulted in a NIGHTMARE maintenance program for me. Anytime I update a lesson, I need to update every lesson in every course since participants have access to it for longer periods of time. Let me describe my ideal scenario so that you know why I need to do it this way. Ideal Scenario I would prefer to create a SINGLE master course. However, I also need to use drip features on a section by section basis. I would like to be able to create individual bundles for each cohort so that they can be marketed and managed during their respective active time periods. The bundles would include the master course content + the live events. Bundles would allow for tailored dripping of the course content on a section by section basis, at a minimum. Currently, I can create a bundle similar to this. I could have the master course dripped on a delayed time-based schedule (every 7 days, for instance). However, this doesn't work. I have to account for holidays or other interruptions that might occur within each individual cohort time frame. So, my current master is set based on specific dates. If I change the master time frame for one cohort, it changes it for all. If I use the date feature, either new cohorts will have access to everything because I turn drip on for earlier cohorts, or earlier cohorts have access to nothing until the content is turned on for later cohorts. I need to be able to create custom drip schedules at the bundle level. To summarize the features: Enable section based drip features for courses added to bundles Enable custom drip scheduling for the section based drip features in the bundles

Currently, a student may purchase a bundle, but under their log-in / "My Courses", this instead shows as all of the individual components/courses of the bundle. This is confusing to the student since it doesn't look like what they purchased (ie name of the bundle) and makes for a clunky experience as well. Would like to see bundles listed as courses under "my courses" instead.

Another request for assignments. Currently, students can only submit one file for an assignment. This is causing some students difficulties if they need to combine multiple files into one. It would be helpful if they were able to upload more than one file (as long as the total size is under the maximum).

Currently subscription cancellation is not intuitive or easy to find. Making subscription cancellation more user-friendly would be helpful!

Would be very handy to be able to drip lessons in addition to the current option to drip sections!

Many online teachers who use Zenler offer continuing education credits for their courses in various disciplines (healthcare, engineering, languages, etc). Most professional bodies that monitor or accept continuing education require the following fields on a certificate: Credit Hours (instructor or administrator will need a field in which to input this) Subject area (for example, Yoga Alliance needs to know if the subject area is philosophy or anatomy and physiology, Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners needs the credit hours for some courses to be split up between "Theory", and "Practical") Whether the course involved "contact hours" (in person) or non-contact hours (live online, or on demand online) OPTIONAL: Would also be nice to have our business and or the instructor's logo show up Credit Hour Units: (usually 1/10th of the Credit Hours, i.e. 38 hour course = 3.8 CEUs) Instructor's credentials after their name (i.e. PhD, RYT-500) License #, if applicable State or Region in which they hold the license (at least for the USA) Statement like "This course meets the basic criteria of the Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners for 38 contact hours or 3.8 CEUs and / or is approved by the XYZ organization towards required hours for maintenance of Physical Therapy license in Maryland. Approved Hours: Theory 11:00 Practical 16:00" Whether it was real lime learning, like "This interactive webinar was broadcasted in real-time." Many of us spend hours setting this up on our end, but I think it would save Zenler users a lot of time to even get a few of the fields above ready to go inside of pre-existing certificates.

To enhance the security of our content, we would like to request the following features urgently: Watermark with User Information: Implement a floating watermark that displays the user's name and mobile number throughout the video. This feature is offered by some other course platforms and acts as a deterrent against unauthorized sharing. Block Screenshots and Video Downloads: Introduce security measures to block screenshots and prevent video downloads. This could include: Disabling the right-click context menu on videos. Utilizing DRM (Digital Rights Management) to secure video content. Implementing a screen capture prevention mechanism. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter as it is crucial for maintaining the integrity and exclusivity of our course content. Thank you for your support.

Assignments are a core element for us and our courses. Currently, the feedback box on an assignment is in the region of 150 characters, but this does not allow for the type of in-depth feedback that many students need in order to resubmit before achieving a pass. Our assessor has been using the feedback box to give the score and the comments box to give detailed feedback. However, this is beginning to look messy with a mix of student comments and assessor feedback. This begins to feel a bit overwhelming for our neurodiverse students. Could the assignment feedback box be increased so that the assessor feedback can be complete and kept separate from comments? Allowing for up to 300 words would be helpful. Or allowing the assessor to upload a document containing detailed feedback would be another alternative option? Many thanks, Tracey I've edited this to add that when detailed feedback is added to the email notification, it does NOT show up in the email received by the student. Instead, there is a click box, which redirects the student back to the comments. Leaving no way of giving feedback to a student longer than 150 characters (30-40 words).

When I copy a course, I have to delete (or set in draft) every lesson separately. This is frustrating. Especially deleting lessons. You get send back to the top each time and then have to scroll down to the section you were working on.
