Right now there is no feature to have a checkbox at signup or checkout for students to agree to terms and conditions. Having this adds a necessary layer of consent.

This has 61 upvotes and my request for the same thing has 25, everyone is saying how important this is, it has been under review for 10 months, why is there no update/progress? Why are you leaving your users exposed and vulnerable for so long?

Selina I agree. It has been a top ask for years. And it doesn't seem like a complicated fix so can't quite understand the hold up. @Rakesh Vallil sounds like we need to combine these two requests into 1 and consolidate the votes

Aly It's the bare minimum feature nowadays innit. All their major competitor course platforms have it. I'm seriously debating using something else.

This really should be a standard feature for all online course creation platform. I'd like to see a click wrap agreement incorporated into the checkout page.

I think in light of the changes in permissions and consents, this should be a top priority. This appears to be a global issue. I think the more protection we have on us as creators, the better off we will be. Yes! I need this too. In The Netherlands it is not legally valid to not have the people check the checkbox themselves so I will have to start working on a workaround as well.
