Feature request: Transactional cancellation form without mandatory marketing consent

Zenler needs a native transactional form that can be used for statutory cancellation requests and other non-marketing purposes.
At present, Marketing Funnel forms always require the site-wide GDPR/marketing consent checkbox. This means that a customer must consent to marketing in order to submit a course cancellation request. Customers cannot be required to accept marketing communications in order to exercise a statutory cancellation right.
The form should allow the site owner to:
disable the marketing consent checkbox for an individual form
mark the form as transactional or customer-service related
collect custom fields such as course name, purchase date and order number
send an automatic confirmation email to the customer
include the submitted custom fields in the confirmation email
include the exact submission date and time
send an automatic notification to the site administrator
keep the site-wide GDPR and cookie settings enabled.
This is particularly important for course sellers operating in Finland and the EU, where online businesses are required to provide an easily accessible online cancellation function.
At the moment, Zenler users must rely on an external form service to meet this requirement, even though the purchase itself takes place through Zenler.
Please prioritise a native, non-marketing transactional form feature for statutory cancellations and customer-service requests.
