Just found out: if you go to 1-1 Bookings, then copy the "Invite Link", that is a direct link to a Zoom session. The URL will end in /join not /register.
No one has to sign up in advance. Therefore it can be used for casual meetings or meetings that were booked elsewhere.
Despite the fact that is called 1-1 Bookings, the link can be sent to multiple people who can all join the zoom session directly - no need to set pages, etc. Up to 300 people can be on that Zoom call, even though it is called 1-1 booking.
Plus no "waiting room" if you don't set one up.

Dr. Ariele This is GREAT but it would be even greater to have a similar option on webinars and live webinars if you have these as a funnel to easy give service to new prospects. It´s easier to manage and to create trust. And one registration the first time would be enough and maybe have it as an option?
Say you have a recurring webinar for a group. They have signed in and only get the Zoom link every week and don´t have to register all over again every week. Maybe that's possible that´s now, I don´t know. I'm just building my groups.
But having the option to send a direct link would be great. :) /Caroline (https://www.necognita-soulful-act.com )

Caroline FYI up to 300 people can join the Zoom using any of the styles of "Live" on Zenler. If you use the 1:1 booking link above you could theoretically treat it as a webinar and auto-email it out to people.
Hala
Dr. Ariele good evining
i just try it < and it is not working asked me to register
Dr. Ariele
Hala: Make sure you are in "1 - 1 Bookings" (not classes or webinars) and make sure to copy the Invite Link. The URL will end in /join rather than /register. I assure you it works.

Caroline You might be able to take advantage of the new community feature to do this? Your prospects sign up to your community and they receive the webinar inside?

Selina sounds great! I have´nt had the time to check out community due to setting up a signup calendar system outside of NZ. I´ll deffinetly check it out. Are you saying that you can 1. create a community and send direct invitations? 2. And create a webinar inside so they can access without the signup steps? Also can you collect their emials in the community or do you need a singup form for that? I use a simpler Mailer Lite one with only 2 steps. I have gotten the feedback that the NZ signups is very similar to fake sites and don´t mirror professional registrations. Maybe its the big letters and all the extrem colours. I like it more soft and elegant. But I guess thats just a taste issue.
Thanks for your idea! Kind regards
Selina
Caroline There are tutorials on how to get the most out of the community feature which will be a good place for you to start. My understanding is that people sign up to be in your community, then you can post what you want inside for them so if you drop a video or zoom link, everyone in the community will get it. As for the signup page on Zenler, you can edit it to taste, there're some things we can change on the checkout page, which is annoying but you can do what you want for your landing page.
