This is becoming really important for us. We want people from our community to run lives but we don’t want them seeing all the other data on the site. Currently we can’t do this. We have to open the webinar which is completely restrictive for a small company.

Over 8 months have passed since this custom roles proposal was flagged for review. It's essential for our academies to stop violating data protection and intellectual property laws. You must take this seriously. Is there any progress? Thank you.

Any update on custom roles? It’s been over a year since this came up and right now it puts the creators and Zenler at risk for legal violations in the US and UK. due to potential unauthorized misuse of data, public data breaches, privacy violations, accidental data deletion or modification. This would seem reason enough to make this a Top priority. To be able to issue a custom role where we can just click what they can have access to seems to be the easiest option. And this should apply to Lives as well as they seem to be heavy on admin dependencies and the co hosts and instructors can’t do things they should be able to do in their roles.

That makes sense. Given we have multiple facilitators, they should not be able to see sales, we need to protect our IP and it's dangerous they can change the course content (accidently delete etc). They need to be able to view the students in their cohort/course, communicate in communities, start the Zoom live sessions so they are cloud recorded as well and pull reports from the survey's and quizzes. The most important here is that they should not be able to edit the course content and need to be able to pull reports from surveys and quizzes and be able to start and run the live Zoom sessions and of course communicate in the communities.

Could community admin/moderator be done this way or does it need to be separate?

Amazing news! If this can also include a curated dashboard to certain courses and access to only their designated payment plans/courses this would be great.

For example at the moment an Instructor of 4 courses can see the whole sites dashboard/courses/payment plans and apply a coupon to any payment plan
