Consistent Image Adding Process / Media Library Access without Default Cropping Across Zenler
Ariele
I've noticed that each area where adding an image is possible (example: blog post page, blog settings page), the process for uploading is different. (Right now on blog post page, you can only upload from your device -- cannot access the media library. Then on the very next tab, the blog settings allows you to either upload or choose from media library).
Also in various places where you upload an image, the default is set to crop the image (this is true on the blog page). But this makes no sense for most of the images I upload, which are created in Canva.
Consistency here would streamline and improve the Zenler user experience, and reduce confusion.

I agree. And also the suggestions for image size differs. When make a thumbnail for a course directly in Canva it never ends up in the media library. Please streamline and make pixel size recommendations congruent.

I agree!! It's so annoying that you can't access uploaded images from some places, does it create duplicates? If so, which one is where? It's confusing, time wasting and a nightmare to keep track of things for people who like a tidy media library! Also sick of the cropping prompt when I have uploaded the exact recommended dimension, and the no cropping option seems to have disappear too!
