Chip in for change?
Gunilla
Currently it seems as if the people in charge of the feedback portal don't have time to read all the wishes, nor do anything about them. The changelog hasn't had any news since April (but I am not sure the changelog has anything to do with the feedback. Seems as it's more about bugs need fixing.)
Maybe you need to hire more staff? Or increase the annual price for new Zenlers, so you can fix the things that need improving?
Or...
What if you put someone to read every wish in the Feedback portal that has, say 5 votes, and mark as read and how many hours it would take for Zenler to fix this thing. Maybe those five people would love to chip in to make the wish come true. Some wishes might just take 2 hours to fix and then I would be so happy to pay someone to fix it. If it was my own site I would pay someone to fix it, but now I can only make wishes.
I don't mind that people who come in later will also be able to use the new feature that I payed for.
That way we who wish for new features, would feel like you heard us, and the platform will be so much better with the help of everyone!
Just an idea!

I agree. I have to use a second software for running my business that maintains a canny.io feedback page like this one. That software company is frequently updating it, combining similar feedback, and offering beta tests to those of us who voted on certain requests.
I realize not every piece of feedback is reasonable to integrate.
So that aside, it is very concerning that Zenler users include thousands of thousands of small and medium businesses with collectively millions of income on the line all around the world.
Yet the company emphasis on hyper-social connection and constant live education, and occasionally bursts of releasing new features like "Community" seems almost
designed
to mask that the fundamentals of the software are not staying up to date in a reasonable way. Like the updated page editor promised but on hold for YEARS now. While the education but may help to build confidence for new users, those of us who are long term members need to see improvements much faster or our trust is being eroded.
The lack of meaningful updates is a huge shame that could potentially harm many, many small businesses if things on the tech side of Zenler go really wrong. And we do not see evidence that the tech side of zenler is being anything other than basically maintained. (This feedback page essentially functions like an ongoing, cheap focus group for the company, and yet our valuable insight has been largely ignored.)
