When I email students from Site/People, I only have the option to send the email to the student, and I do not have the option to copy or blind copy myself into the conversation.

There is also no log of emails sent.

Meaning we have no centralised record of email conversations between us and students. This is a requirement for our assessor, verifier and audit trails.

If we could have a log of emails sent or the option to copy ourselves into individual emails to create our own audit trail, that would be helpful.
